Rotary Sensors

In its simplest form a rotary encoder provides information on the position or motion of a shaft. Multi Turn encoders can also provide information on the number of turns. While traditional contact based potentiometers are still appropriate for some basic applications, most modern control systems rely on optical, magnetic, capacitive or inductive technology for robust, reliable and high resolution sensing.

With some manufacturers offering over 100 million unique part numbers the options can be overwhelming, but that is where Everight Position comes in. We work side-by-side with customers to understand their application, offer novel solutions and provide insight to ensure a seamless integration.
